There is only "Undo add", which does what it should (revert the state to 
unversioned but keep the file) for normal added files, but for copied 
files, this also deletes the file (moves it to the recycle bin).

On the command line, this can be achieved by 
svn rm --keep-local

Could this also be made available in TortoiseSVN?
