Hello.
When I select the "SVN commit" item on any repository on my computer, a
dialog box appears and an error message immediately appears.
I first encountered this a few months ago. But I rarely make commits from
this computer, so for a long time I postponed the solution to the problem.

I tried doing a cleanup.
I tried to reinstall last and several old versions of TortoiseSVN from last
year.
I tried deleting the repository directory and doing a new checkout.
It all did not help.

There is no such problem on another computer.

So far I have to use another client for commits.
But I would like to fix TortoiseSVN because I like it.
