Thanks, I think that I have already done that. Settings -> Icon Overlays -> Fixed Drives
As this appears not to have fixed the issue, I added Removable Drives, Network Drives, RAM Drives, and Unknown Drives. - Desperation setting in! I also added Include Paths, which I didn't have before C:\develop0\lf\www And restarted the computer - with no effect.
