In TortoiseMerge, I have noticed that the Collapse button does not work as expected when used in conjunction with the "Ignore all whitespace changes" button.
Example: I have a long file where the only changes consist of changing leading indentation from spaces to tabs. Expected behavior: The entire file would be collapsed since the only changes are whitespace changes. Actual behavior: Regions where there are whitespace changes are not collapsed.
