Which means that those many processes are no longer running but are kept 
for some reason - that usually means a system handle can't be closed. And 
that means that something on your OS is really messed up.

this also is an indicator that you maybe should do a clean format and 
reinstall windows. And maybe also check your hardware for faults (harddrive 
and RAM).
