*exactly what you did:*
Click "Show log" on a working copy which revision is old.

*what you expected to have happened:*
Display the same svn log as command-line svn.

*what actually happened:*
It doesn't display the same svn log as command-line svn.

*Detailed information:*
1. I checked out working copy at r8611
2. command-line svn display:
svn log -l 5
------------------------------------------------------------------------
r8611 | hank | 2019-03-25 11:50:57 +0800 (週一, 25 三月 2019) | 1 line
..... (omitted)

3. the URL has been created before r8611
It is deleted in r14012.
It is created again in 14015.

4. Use TSVN "Show log"
It cannot show the same log as command-line svn.

5. The issue can be reproduced on 

   - TortoiseSVN 1.11.0, Build 28416 - 64 Bit , 2018/10/30 19:14:39
