I had to format my computer and reinstall all programs including Windows 10. I've downloaded and reinstalled Tortoise SVN, but not I can't do checkout because I get the following message:
*Unable to connect to a repository at URL _________* *Error running context: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.* I've tried to turn the firewall off, didn't work.
