Hi,

After an upgrade to TortoiseSVN 1.14.2 on Windows 11, two major issues
happened on my system:

1. After the required restart of OS, the login process took too long, a
black screen appeared with only mouse visible and stays for a long time
(more than 5 mins). I even had to restart again (Ctr+Alt+Del worked fine
fortunately), since I thought some critical os process hanged. After
several restarts and logoffs/logins, finally I logged in successfully.

2. SVN+SSH support seems broken. I couldn't connect anymore to our svn+ssh
server.
I already have an SVN_SSH environment variable set to "C:\\Program
Files\\TortoiseSVN\\bin\\TortoisePlink.exe", which works fine with 1.14.1.
I even tried to setup Network>-SSH Client to the plink.exe or
TortoisePlink.exe, but the result is the same. It seems plink is not called
at all.
In the same time connecting with plink to the svn+ssh server from a command
line works fine.

I use this on my work PC, so I had to install back the older 1.14.1
version, which works flawlessly.

Hope this info helps.

/Atanas
