You will need the Pro Edition but it is achieved by adding a prefix of SVN+ 
to the URL of the subversion repository you're comparing against.

e.g. https://anotherserver.com/subversion/somefolder
Becomes
svn+https://anotherserver.com/subversion/somefolder N
