ahhh - my confusion is getting worse :( I now have my working directory \ETE - Dev\ where I work. Then both the directory and in there the individual files get the red exclamation mark. And now I'm not supposed to commit on the working directory? Instead in \trunk, which is (in \ETE - Dev\) empty (despite(?) 2- 3 times commits already) and has the green check mark?
