Carlos,

You are reporting what seems to be a client side problem with the
TortoiseSVN client version that has been out of support for years.
Therefore, the best first action to resolve this problem would be to
upgrade TortoiseSVN to the latest and supported version (1.14.5). Then see
if the same problem occurs with TortoiseSVN 1.14.5.

So is this behavior reproducible with TortoiseSVN 1.14.5?
