Applications to attend a summer 2010 POSSE aren't open yet, but when they are, this is the template they will use. It's 10 questions, very simple, all emailed to the same inbox (whereupon I'll figure out the sorting and coordinating with the organizers of each POSSE, and plot a better application/registration system for next time[0]).
