Where we stand right now:

     * POSSE RIT

All set. Huge interest from RIT faculty based on last week's visit - I'm
looking forward to this one.

     * POSSE California CS
     * POSSE California Design

Blocking on confirmation of location/date; if we have that, the CS one
will be good to go. I'll ping Alolita on this. The Design one also
depends on Mo being available.

     * POSSE EMEA 2010 - sometime early summer 2010

Maybe. Both groups (Jan/Bert, Sebastian/Felix) proposed Germany as a
location, so we literally just need to get everyone in the same room to
figure out which one we're going to go for (if we go for it). Can EMEA
groups find me on #teachingopensource at some point in the next few days?

     * A design-centered POSSE in the Boston area

Waiting to hear from Mo on potential instructor status - she's overseas
at a hackfest at the moment.

     * POSSE Manila 2010 in early summer 2010

Caught Herson briefly during office hours today; one proposal floated
was aiming for an actual POSSE in October to give us more time and
breathing room to make it truly awesome, and using the Bluepoint/APC
workshop this summer (which wouldn't be a POSSE, but could use some of
the material for it) as a place to try out some things as preparation
for that. Herson is running that idea by the other folks from Manila,
and we'll check in on IRC again tomorrow.

     * A POSSE in the Pittsburgh area (CMU/Allegheny)

Still need to get in touch with people about this. Matt, Greg Kesden -
still interested?

     * POSSE Worcester State - June 7-11, 2010 at Worcester State
College, Worcester, MA

Looking absolutely beautiful - thank you, Karl! See
http://teachingopensource.org/index.php/POSSE_Worcester_State for (stub)
status and
http://teachingopensource.org/index.php/Talk:POSSE_Worcester_State for
log. Next steps: Karl confirming location, Mel finding instructors,
funding situation.

     * POSSE South Africa

Almost certainly "not this summer" at this point, but I want to keep
this on our radar, because Michael is awesome and I'd love to have a
POSSE to help build local support for TOS, if he thinks it would help.
