Could you please come say that to my chair, my dean, and my provost? :) Unfortunately, since teaching is such a small part of the P&T process, it's hard to prioritize OSS over doing other things to keep my job. I can't do *any* good if I'm not actually here! Money talks, so I'm writing something into my CAREER proposal and I'm hoping to apply for some UCOSP-specific NSF grants, but grant writing sucks the soul out of me...
