Update (mostly for Karsten): http://teachingopensource.org/index.php/POSSE_California_CS_-_Recruiting_contacts#Cold_contacts_to_colleges has been pared to those with design/CS programs, and contact info for individuals to be pinged for the CS programs is all there for your next round of emails.
