I guess I should have included more context in asking my question, but it seems that a healthy discussion of the documentation toolchain has begun despite that lack of context.
Here's why I asked the question: In the header of the TOS wiki is a drop down menu entitled "Resources". A "Teaching Materials Catalogue" ( http://teachingopensource.org/index.php/Teaching_Materials_Catalogue ) is included in that drop down.
