I note that you use 'book' instead of 'textbook'.  I like the
brevity.  I'm unclear if it's too ambiguous.  For a wiki, it seems
preferable to be very descriptive and avoid ambiguity.  Does 'book'
pass that test?  Yes ... and no.  I'm unsure, open to opinions.

Agreed +1.

For the record, I generally practice the lightweight consensus system
popularized by the Apache Foundation.  Essentially, a few +1 votes
carry as long as there are no -1 votes.  Any negative -1 votes need to
come with explanation of why, alternative thoughts, etc.  If only +1
votes are cast, the idea passes.  In the lightweight model, if no one
comments or votes, that is considered "consent by silence".

It's probably worth capturing that on the TOS wiki, as long as we
generally agree we'll use that system. :)
