That is only a shorthand (the _ inline is a bit of a clue there) for
use by those of us working on it.

The possibly-acceptable one that I've been renaming chapters to is,
"Practical OSS Exploration".

When writing for this list or IRC meetings when repeatedly referring
to it, I may write P_OSS_E.
