Just a simple question - I guess it is quite tough to find a publisher 
that "gets" CC and TOS. Some do, most don't.

So maybe CreativeCommons could compile a list of publishers that really 
"get" it so in future authirs can select their publishers using this 
list to ensure they don't get stuck.
