I don't know that we even have a "time frame" per se. Much of what is being discussed is really at the fantasy stage, but even that is better than we've done in the past. So, it is progress of a sort. As to openSuSE and Fedora, no slight intended. ;-) And if there are any Gentoo people out there, I've always wanted to try that, but have never gotten around to it. Haiku too, and lots of other wild and woolly projects, I'm interested in too. (No particular interest in ReactOS, however.) As to SCALE, etc., Gallaudet's so broke it's laid off a lot of folks this year with threats of more to come. Travel is unlikely to be in the cards for me this year. -- Kevin Cole | Key ID: 0xE6F332C7 (GPG/PGP) Gallaudet University | WWW: http://research.gallaudet.edu/~kjcole/ Dawes House 305 | V/TTY: (202) 651-5135 Washington, D.C. 20002-3695 | FAX: (202) 651-5746 Linux: The flagship of Free, Open Source Software (FOSS)
