While trying to start work on statistics-gathering, I noticed that we're missing two things that make this work a little... difficult to do.
1. Planet is still down - http://teachingopensource.org/index.php/Planet unless it's moved and I hadn't heard about it. When can we expect this back up? 2. I heard that http://tickets.teachingopensource.org was deployed, and it appears to be up, but there hasn't (to my knowledge) been an announcement - is this (1) ready for usage, (2) documented on a Services page somewhere with all the rest of our Infrastructure stuff - actually, do we have one of those at all? and (3) who's at the controls, so I can ask for tweaks, give feedback & cookies, etc. as I go along?
