Since private spaces are key to communities of practice[1], what if we explicitly delete the archives after the list has served it's purpose? This could support all the goals Mel laid out, and emphasize the timely aspect of the situation. This could also keep the fire under members of the private list to move anything that is actually worth keeping to *this* list, so the private list clears out all worthwhile content in real time. I agree with Kevin that it's unlikely we'll do such a clearing out after the fact. - Karsten [1] https://www.theopensourceway.org/wiki/Communities_of_practice#Develop_both_public_and_private_community_spaces -- name: Karsten 'quaid' Wade, Sr. Community Gardener team: Red Hat Community Architecture & Leadership uri: http://communityleadershipteam.org http://TheOpenSourceWay.org gpg: AD0E0C41
