Convert this to a first-pass HTML mockup. Don't spend more than 4 hours on it before posting to the TOS list with a link to a live demo instance of what you have so far. Pull in live feeds when possible to check theming (pull in Planet Fedora's feed instead of Planet TOS if Planet TOS isn't up yet, etc). Lorem ipsum is fine. If possible, store the source in a version control repository so that it's easy for others to edit as well.
