Thanks a lot for your mentions of our work (well, I'm one of those in
LibreSoft, at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos). Just some (minor) comments:

- Our master's program, http://master.libresoft.es is accredited in the
European Space of Higher Education. (Almost) all written materials are
in English, although teaching runs in Spanish. You can browse them
(live, as subjects progress during the year) at
http://docencia.etsit.urjc.es/moodle/course/view.php?id=135
We hope to do a compilation of materials at the end of the year.

- We run that another master's program, slightly more "professional",
with Igalia (and not accredited in the ESHE). Currently, it is taught in
Vigo (Spain). A part of the materials are similar, but many are
different. Most of them are also in English.

- We're also participating in FTA, which is trying to cluster different
activities related to the teaching of FLOSS (it is mostly teaching *of*
FLOSS, not *with* FLOSS, although you may find both things there). In
particular, FTA is maintaining materials for most of the subjects it
considers, in English and other languages. Since the subjects there are
designed for distance-learning, materials are usually more detailed than
the ones in our master's program: they are more like complete books.
Have a look for instance at the one on Introduction to Free Software,
http://ftacademy.org/materials/fsm/1 (it is being updated, but probably
you can get the idea).

In addition, there is a master's program on libre software in Europe at
UOC,
http://www.uoc.edu/studies/mof/free_software/oficiales/master_oficial_software_libre/master_oficial_software_libre_plan.htm

Free software is also taught at other levels all through Europe (I know
in detail about the situation in Spain, but I also have some hints about
initiatives in France, Italy and other countries). And Latin America is
well, as you say, blossoming (not only in Brazil, also in countries such
as Mexico, Argentina, Ecuador, Venezuela, etc.)

Should you be interested in more details, please let me know.

Saludos,

        Jesus.
