Hi Steve, I'm new faculty at Bates College, where we're spinning up a new program in Digital and Computational Studies. It's interesting that this hit TOS at the same time as a note came from my colleagues in Facilities about exactly this project.
One of the things I was going to suggest was that you make your presence known here on the TOS list! Well done on mind reading! I'd say "guess what I'm thinking next," but you obviously don't have to guess. We have some ongoing conversation in this space, and will coordinate with my Facilities colleagues as we move forward.
