I have no precise opinion on faxes. We also have to take into
account that the legal world is lagging behind in terms of
technology.

Regarding the data export, we need to understand if they merely
comply with legal requirements or if they actually do something
nice for users in general here; because if that’s just them
applying the legal requirement instead of something that they pt
in their ToS for their users then I don’t really see much of a
point in giving a lot of positive review to this.

As usual, it’s easier to discuss this if we can have the relevant
extracts from the terms of service.
