Hi Scott,
Fortunately, the terms fo service don't say that. First, you'll
notice that section 5 is about "content" that you upload. It is
unclear to me what content you can upload through Mozilla's online
services -- But from my understanding your bookmarks do not count
as "content" -- however I agree this could be clearer.
Anyway, section 5 says:
> 5. Your Content in our Services
>
>
> You may upload content as part of the features of the Services. By
uploading
> content, you hereby grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide
license
> to use your content in connection with the provision of the Services. You
> hereby represent and warrant that your content will not infringe the
rights
> of any third party and will comply with any content guidelines presented
by
> Mozilla.
You'll notice that
1. The license is only for use “in connection with the provision
of the services”
2. The content has to comply with “any content guidelines
presented by Mozilla” and there's no link so we can only assume
that the content guidelines will be presented to you when you
upload content -- which again, is not clear as we don't know what
content upload this is talking about.
So more context would be welcome about point 2. But point 1 is
good.
