Just pointing out:

With the current terms, LinkedIn would probably have been ranked
Class D or something. With the new terms, almost everything looks
way better. (I still have to read the Privacy policy)

It's also very good to see that some of the provisions that we
criticise a lot have disappeared, for instance:

 - We removed the obligation that members indemnify and hold
LinkedIn harmless for certain third–party claims.

 - This license is no longer “irrevocable,” “perpetual,” or
“unlimited.” Instead, the license now expires when you delete
the content or close your account, except for the reasonable
time we need to delete the content from our systems. Of course,
if you share your content with others they may have copied or
   re-shared it.
 - This license no longer includes an unlimited right for LinkedIn
to create “derivative works” and otherwise modify your content
or information. Instead, the license now permits us to make
technical and formatting changes to your content or information
but we agree not to modify your content or information in a
manner that changes the meaning of your expression.

 - We revised this section to remove the option to force
arbitration. Under the revised User Agreement, all legal claims
will be litigated in a court of law unless the parties agree
   otherwise.
