Bad, but a little good: Hulu has a binding arbitration clause that waives class actions. But, they will pay all arbitration fees except AAA filing fee, and they will pay a prevailing consumer's attorneys fees. Hulu will not collect attorneys fees from the plaintiff if Hulu prevails. Nearly everything else in their terms is pretty neutral. Thank you for the service you provide!
