Section 2.2: Very interesting that the contract stays in place (in its same version, as I understand it), as long as you keep renewing any of your certificates. I think that could get them into trouble; when they want to update it, they can only update it for newly arriving customers. I think that's the first time I see a "This contract will never change" clause! :) Section 3.1: "You have not participated in the seizure of a domain name that had ongoing lawful uses" - that means that it's OK if seize a domain name that was just parked (or is parking considered a 'use' of a domain name?) Section 3.9: You have to promise to indemify Let's Encrypt and hold harmless, but only for certain costs, and only in certain cases. I find it hard to judge whether this clause would give them the right to just take your money when something goes wrong. More opinions welcome. Section 5.8: You authorize LetsEncrypt to send you emails, funny thing to read in an agreement, but makes a lot of sense, that clause will help them to stay out of the spamlists. And they're nice and short.
