As a suggestion, I find the limitation of liability clause (for example in Dropbox and Trello) interesting. If I've read it well, Dropbox and Trello both state that they are never responsible for any loss of use, data, business (only in case of fraud or gross negligence, states dropbox). Even if it is caused by the security of the service (as Trello states). I obviously would consider this a 'negative' point. Probably all the services have included this and I can't blame them, but I still think it's interesting for users to know this.
