Some of these difference turned out to be typos, errors, or links that had changed - I fixed all those in https://github.com/tosdr/tosdr-build/commit/cb7e91e7a8f2729d7ee20b788a1049eb30d1f536 The rest was due to scope of detail - for instance, we link to the main Amazon ToS, but to keep the list from becoming very unwieldy, we do not link to the specific ones for things like Kindle or Silk.
