Hi ToS;DR Team,

As suggested in Firefox plugin message, I am linking [Slack Terms of
Service] here in the hope of any kind of discussion.

1. Using name for marketing purposes

> Slack reserves the right to use your name as a reference for marketing
or promotional purposes

Is this privellege unimportant thanks to another sentence?

> We don’t want to list customers who don’t want to be listed, so you
may send an email to (...) stating that you do not wish to be used as a
reference.

2. Personal information sharing

For me, in 4.2 it is not clear if personal information is shared with
(so called) third-party service providers. This particular sentence is
IMHO ambiguous:

> This permission includes allowing us to use third-party service
providers (such as Amazon Web Services) in the operation and
administration of the Service and the rights granted to us are extended
to these third parties to the degree necessary in order for the Service
to be provided.

Anything else appears to look fine. Could someone of ToS;DR Team take a
look at this?

Thanks in advance,
--
Konrad
