Hi there ! I was given a poll on typeform.com website and your plug-in didn't have anything to tell about it's terms of service. I can't give you a direct link to it because it's a crappy single-page website, but on typeform.com, in the menu on the right, when you click on "Terms & Privacy" you should be able to analyze it. Besides, thanks for your great job, keep it up ! :)
