I think it's already quite narrow that they may not display, distribute or 
copy your deleted content. A lot of services have a clause saying that 
deletion will not be immediate (for technical reasons in many systems it's 
easier to flag a piece of data as 'deleted'' rather than actively resetting 
all the bits from the storage media) - it would be good if they would 
promise to delete it eventually - say within one month or one year.

I guess that would follow standard copyright inheritance as defined by your 
home country's laws - in any case, from how I read these ToS, youtube would 
not claim ownership of your data even after you die.
