Hi Ouiza, I think it's probably lawful to offer a service that transfers data outside the EU - most services you use probably transfer your data outside the EU (even if, for instance, you send a private Facebook message to a user who is also in the EU, the NSA will be able to read this message if they want to).
We currently don't have a review for wetransfer yet, I'll add it to our list of reviewable services and reply to this thread when it's ready for you to submit these points into our database!
