According to the EULA, if you use the website, even without reading the EULA, you are counted as having accepted the terms. Upon arriving at Musixmatch's website, I was given a tiny popup that gave a link to the EULA and said that if I:1.) close the message, or2.) scroll down the pagethen I accept the terms. If I scroll down the page, the message disappears automatically, and could easily go unnoticed. This clearly is not a fair system for determining if a user actually has read and agreed to the terms. The rest of the terms are very long and I didn't see anything wrong with them other than the unfair acceptance and the part in which they say they can change the EULA at any time and without notice and you're still bound to it.
