my overview: Moderate. Terms are tilted to their side, but not more than most companies. Might take some work to un-subscribe from fee-based services. Everything you put on the site is theirs to do with as they please. "Acceptable use” (section 7) seems fair. Binding arbitration on everything but acceptable use, small claims, and IP. BUT you can opt-out of binding arbitration by writing to them within 30 days; then all disputes are settled in Washington State.
