Whatsapp users in the US and Canada agree to resolve all disputes in litigation with whatsapp, and cannot be part of class action lawsuits, nor can the cases be decided by a judge or jury. - IP disputes are excluded - Arbitration administered by American Arbitration Association - Dispute may be taken to small claims court - user can opt out by contacting Whatsapp at provided address within 30 days of beginning of dispute or agreeing to TOS
