I am going out on a limb but I'm looking to teach my students (5th - 9th) about how they are already contributing to a digital profile that will likely stay with them for the rest of their lives. No one reads TOS and no one reads them less than 10 - 15 year old kids looking to get the latest app in social media. Looking at snapchat, tik-tok and other social media platforms that pump heinous amounts of data including facial recognition to god knows where to be used for god knows what purpose in the future. You get the idea.
Any guidance, support, resources, information, etc. on how to sift through TOS for social media platforms is much appreciated. Again, I'm out on a limb here but I thought this community may be interested in helping a super pessimistic and probably naive teacher about what is important to address when delving into the realm of digital "agreements".
