Hello! I use ToS;DR from a while ago, but this is my first e-mail here, so feel free to point me if I'm doing something wrong...
I use Discord from like 1 year ago, and it seems like it isn't reviewed yet, so I requested my data. After a month, so or less, they sent me a package containing it... And something surprised me: they log *every single packet*, from you and from your apps/bots. I know, I know, they probably are in right to do it, since their ToS and the Privacy Policy clearly say "we may collect and sell your soul", but it concerns me, and I think that other people using ToS;DR should at least know it. Personally I would say that the privacy and freedom in Discord is null. Here some sentences that surprised me, and that are not included in ToS;DR ratings: *+* What is considered as "installing the Service" here? *"You may see our Service advertised in other applications or websites. After clicking on one of these advertisements and installing our Service, you will become a user of the Service."* *+* The Spanish translation of the ToS literaly says *"[...] los Materiales del Servicio, son, de igual modo que la Compañía y usted, propiedad de la Compañía y/o sus licenciadores terceros [...]"* (*"[...] the Service Materials , like the Company and you, are property of the Company and/or their 3rd party licensers [...]")*. I'm not sure if that translation is normative, since it does not specify.
