Suggs who sings the lyrics?? Anyone know how come??

And does anyone know what the arrangements are at Wembley?? There are no
standing places left and I'll be buggered if I'm gonna sit down for a
Madness concert!!! Can you just swap seating tix for Standing once inside
like the Brum gigs in '95??
