Well, The Ghost of Rev. Greene was one of the song
titles from the aborted follow-up to Mad Not Mad.
Lyrics for it even appeared in the M.I.S. publication
back in '86. Perfect Place Jenny addressed and there
was a little clip of it online in the old Madness
official site. Where are song titles 3 & 4 from?
Don't make me sing Hall & Oates' "Rich Girl" or we'll
all be in trouble here.
