Hi everyone (and especially Aussie maddies)
I just did an interview with TripleJ's Richard Kingsmill (about their 5
alive Cd but that's irrelevant really) I thought I'd seize the
opportunity to ask him when they are going to do a Madness J-Files. His
answer: "It's only a matter of time." He wants to get an interview (and
so far the times haven't worked out) and says that it will probably be
early in the new year. He also suspects that the band may tour (and
asked me if I'd heard any whispers)... He hasn't listened to Wonderful
yet (which I suggested he should do as soon as had a spare hour) but
said that he had been really impressed with the singles (Lovestruck and
JTH).
On a personal note I'm still hoping (against the forces of reality) that
I manage to score one of the (many) new jobs I've applied for so I can
take my big fat holiday payout (from the holidays my current boss won't
let me take) to spend a very Mad Christmas in Great Britain (so keep
your fingers crossed for me).
