Hi Jenny & The Rest - well I have to say when I was talking about Chas &
Dave I wasn't being complimentary - I think it's AWFUL! Sounds more like
"Knees Up Mother Brown" than "Alright" in it's original incarnation if you
ask me! Not a patch on any track on either of the solo albums - Gawd knows
what he was thinking when he agreed to do this. As for the "Blue Day" song
just think naff efforts at making football songs listenable - you would have
thought if anyone could, Suggs could pull it off but no, I'm afraid not! The
only credible one I can think of is the New Order/Electronic effort.

Anyway, worth having just to be able to say I've got it. I feel quite good
knowing that Suggs choice of song isn't always perfect! Turns out he's human
after all!

Cheers

Pete

"Here Kitty, Kitty, Kitty!"

NB I know what the list is like so BEFORE anyone flames me I think Madness
and Suggs especially are the most talented bunch of musicians I've ever
heard but in my PERSONAL opinion this CD single is about as pretty as a
butcher's dog. OK?
