I've come up with a fairly good solution to this problem, namely, switching the CD case that Wonderful comes in with one of those fold-out boxes they use to put two CD's in a standard-size CD case. I had some extras of these, but empties are readily available too. Obviously, what I've done is put Wonderful and the JTH single with "You're Wonderful" into one improved Wonderful package....
