Hello all you Maddies out there,
Well it's the end of the week so I should give you the answers to this
weeks Hangman. no-one else answered No.1 so I guess you all saw Simesy's
give-away (yes, I did read it Stefan). A few of you sussed out that No.2
was the line in Spanish from the end of "Brand New Beat" but there seems to
be some confusion as to the exact words/spelling used! I apologise if I got
it wrong. I used the version which was agreed upon years ago when this was
debated on the old list. So the answers are:
No.1
BLUE FLAMES LEAP UP THE WALL
from 'Mad Not Mad'
No.2
PUEDO LERRO NUEVE RITMO
from the ever so wonderful 'Brand New Beat'
Other (more accurate) versions of this appear to be:
"Puedo oler el nuevo ritmo" - thanks to Mike McGrew for this.
"Puedo leer un nuevo ritmo" - thanks to Simesy and Spanish friend for this.
Whatever it is, the third word certainly seems to end with an 'O' rather
than 'E'. Sorry about that. I was desperate to use that line at some point
in this. Just couldn't resist it;-)
