At the moment the BBC are running a series of 5 minute
programmes for the charity Children's Promise and one was
shown last night {approx 10pm} which featured Suggs. It
showed Suggs dressed in a gold suit and wearing his
trademark bowler hat. He was sent to Lloyds Stockbrokers
in the City and the programme showed him walking through
the building with Madness' version of Money Money Money and
then It Must Be Love in the background.
Suggs then approached several stockbrokers to ask whether
they would give their wages for the last hour of the
millennium to the Children's promise and of course they all
said yes. Suggs made a comment about the fact that weren't
all stockbrokers supposed to be horrible and everyone was
being very generous.
Later on we had The Planet Rock Profiles on ITV which were
excellent and I agree with John about Suggs and Woody being
honest and open. They also looked very relaxed during the
interview and it showed them laughing and joking with each
other throughout the interview.
