Hi all, I've been quiet with little of interest for me happening right now and being nowhere near ground zero for current Madness activity. I've also been unearthly sick for the better part of the month--better to skip the details but nothing serious or salacious, we hope. Nonetheless, something jumped out at me on the Kinks mailing list that completely reminded me of the assorted items that Mr. Smash had stored somewhere and then basically sold out from under him and eventually wound up on the market. Supposedly from a "locker auction" the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction award belonging to Kink Dave Davies is being auctioned off on EBay and he is understandably very upset by this situation.
