To all Maddies on the list,
I have been on this list for over a year now and thought that now would be a
good time to make in input into the conversations.
Firstly, Going To The Top was definately performed at the Manchester gig.
Does anyone know why they kept changing the set list?
Secondly, I can personally say that Madness are the nicest most down to
earth celebrites in the world we call pop. I was fortunate enough to bump
into them 2 months ago while they were filming Young Guns. Chris was waiting
around for the others to show up after the Q Awards and we got chatting,
went for a drink and then Lee turned up. Eventually the others showed and I
stayed to watch the filming. When that was done they went off to a nearby
pub which I was invited along to. I'll never forget when Lee told Suggs that
I had found Madness by becoming a Suggs fan at the start of his solo career.
He took my hand and bowed to me!!
The BBC told me where they were going to be filming the day after and I was
welcome if I wanted to come. How can I turn down an offer like that? So, in
another pub I spent the second day with them chatting away. The best 2 days
of my life.
I know that it's pretty pointless telling you all this now but no-one else I
know is interested and I've been dying to tell someone. By the way, if
anyone can get in touch with Chas could you pass on my e-mail address or
give me his coz he promised to e-mail me and he hasn't yet.
Sorry the e-mails so long and thanks for reading.
Luv Cat
